A Daily Dose of Nothing

This past Saturday night I had the pleasure to watch one of my favorite comics, Jim Norton at The Stress Factory. I had great seats, directly in front of the mic. I was so close to the stage I had my feet resting on it all night and Jim even used my table to hold his water bottle. Not only was my neck sore from looking up all night, but my side hurt from laughing so much.

Being a huge O&A fan I was hoping to hear a reference to the show, but I didn't expect Norton to announce Opie was at the back of the bar. Needless to say the place went crazy. After the show I bought his new CD, Yellow Discipline. I began listening to it as soon as I got to the car and I continued laughing for the next 45 minutes. With the purchase of the CD you also received a poster of Norton looking like a leukemia victim with a hat on. This also added to my overall amusement.

All in all, I had a great evening.
