Health & Fitness seem to top everyone's list of New Year's resolutions, but many individuals don't last beyond the first few weeks, if that long.

Mens Health has a great site which lists the best and worst foods in America. The site is a great reference for anything from what to eat when your stressed to the 125 healthiest supermarket foods. How to lose weight eating restaurant food is also an interesting read.
Woman's Health has a game called "Eat This Not That" where you must choose the healthier food. There are six categories to choose from with a different game for each.
